Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on August 24, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Chris Petty for a Special Exception to allow a tourist home. The location of the property is 5518 Three Notch Road in Hamblen Township.
