NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit/Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1101-MF-0036 wherein Residential Credit Solutions, Inc was Plaintiff, and Michael A. Browning aka Michael Browning, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8th day of September, 2011, at the hour of 10AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46, East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 9 North, Range 4 East, Brown County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Quarter Quarter and running thence North 546 feet to a point in the center of a County Road; thence North 76 degrees 27 minutes East along the center of said road 202.4 feet to a point; thence South 25 degrees 58 minutes East 20.0 feet to a point; thence South 76 degrees 27 minutes West 50.0 feet to a point; thence South 30 degrees 41 minutes East 399.7 feet to a point; thence 45 degrees 21 minutes West 315.3 feet to an iron pin; thence West 173.3 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 2.93 acres, more or less. Subject to liens, encumbrances and easements of record. More commonly known as: 7267 Four Mile Ridge Road, Nashville, IN 47448. Parcel No. 07-08-29-100-141.000-004. Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
