NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit/Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1102-MF-0048 wherein CitiMortgage Inc. successor by merger to ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Richard K Harlow aka Richard Harlow, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8th day of September, 2011, at the hour of 10AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46, East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3 Township 10 North, Range 3 East, Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 3; thence South 89 degrees 20 minutes West with the South line of said Section 3, 316.70 feet; thence North 01 degrees 03 minutes 11 seconds West 2281.90 feet to the Point of Beginning for the tract herein described; thence continuing North 01 degree 03  minutes 11 seconds West 985.50 feet to the center of Spearsville/Peoga County Road; thence Northeasterly with the center of said road 239.79 feet; thence South 02 degrees 38 minutes 45 seconds East 900.37; thence South 51 degrees 20 minutes 13 seconds West 305.77 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.00 acres, more or less. Subject to all liens, encumbrances and easements of record. More commonly known as: 3759 Peoga Road, Trafalgar, IN 46181. Parcel No. 07-02-03-200-104.000-006. Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. “Subject to all liens, encumbrances and easements of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause No. 07C01-1102-MF-0048 in the Circuit/Superior Court of the County of Brown, Indiana.”
