By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1011-MF-632, wherein American Bank s/b/m to The Grange Bank was plaintiff and Dan Huesman, et. al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8th day of September, 2011, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46, Box 95, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Brown County, Indiana: A part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, described as follows: Beginning at a point 121 rods 6 inches North of the Southeast corner of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section, Township and Range, along the West side of State Highway No. 135; running thence West 30 rods; thence North 16 rods; thence North 16 rods; thence East 30 rods more or less to State Highway No. 135; thence South following State Highway, 16 rods to the place of beginning Containing 3.00 acres, more or less.
