NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the
Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana,
in Cause No. 07C01-1009-MF-518 wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation
was Plaintiff, and David Lee Johnson Jr. and Darlene S. Johnson
were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for
in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale
to the highest bidder, on the 8th day of September, 2011,
at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible,
at Brown County Jail, 55 State Rd 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448,
the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in
Brown County, Indiana. Lots Numbered OWS 644 and
OWS 643 in Sweetwater Lake Addition, Plat Number 58,
which plat is recorded in Plat Book 1, page 40, in the
Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.
More commonly known as 6375 Owl Dr, Nineveh, IN 46164-9420
Parcel No.07-01-19-100-343.000-001 and 07-01-19-100-344.000-001.
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof,
said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
