NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me
directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of
Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1008-MF-0479
wherein Federal National Mortgage Association
was Plaintiff, and Nan M. Polley and First Financial Bank,
National Association f/k/a Irwin Union Bank and
Trust Company were Defendants, required me to
make the sum as provided for in said Decree with
interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to
the highest bidder, on the 8th day of September, 2011,
at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is
possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Rd 46 East,
Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of
Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. Lot Numbered Fifteen (15)
in the Patrick J. Mullaney Addition to the Town of Nashville,
Brown County, Indiana. Also, the North Half of
vacated “A” Street lying immediately South of
Lot Numbered 15. Lot Numbered Fourteen (14)
in the Patrick J. Mullaney Addition to the Town of Nashville,
Brown County, Indiana. Also, 30 feet by parallel lines
off the South end of Lot Numbered Thirteen (13),
in the Patrick J. Mullaney Addition to the Town of Nashville,
Brown County, Indiana. Also, the vacated 12 foot wide alley
running East and West between Lots
Numbered Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in the
Patrick J. Mullaney Addition to the Town of Nashville,
Brown County, Indiana.  More commonly known as
360 State Road 135 N, Nashville, IN 47448-8111
Parcel No.07-07-18-300-362.000-005 and 07-07-18-300-359.000-005
and 07-07-18-300-314.000-005.
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof,
said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
