NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed
from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana,
in Cause No. 07C01-1103-MF-0118 wherein Wells Fargo Bank,
N.A. was Plaintiff, and Malcolm T. Sebastian and
Donzetta K. Smith were Defendants, required me to make
the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost,
I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the
8th day of September, 2011, at the hour of 10:00 a.m.,
or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail,
55 State Rd 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple
of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
Tract No. 24 in Venture Woods, Phase II, as recorded
January 11, 1996 in Plat Cabinet 1, File 110B; re-recorded
March 19, 1996 in Plat Cabinet 1, File 125B, in the
Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana,
containing 5.001 acres, more or less. More commonly known
as 8098 Andreas Path, Seymour, IN 47274-8212
Parcel No. 002-05700-09
State Tax Map #: 07-16-04-400-128.000-003
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof,
said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
