NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed
from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana,
in Cause No. 07C01-1008-MF-0459 wherein
Fifth Third Mortgage Company was Plaintiff,
and Joshua L. Spurlock a/k/a Joshua Lee Spurlock
and Joanna S. Spurlock a/k/a Joanna Sue Spurlock,
were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum
as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost,
I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder,
on the 8th day of September, 2011, at the hour of 10:00 A.M.
or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East,
Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate
in Brown County, Indiana. A part of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 10 North, Range 2 East,
Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the
Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 1, Township 10 North, Range 2 East; thence South 33 rods;
thence West 19 rods; thence Northeast with the center of the
Morgantown and Nashville road 34-1/2 rods to the place of beginning,
containing 2 acres, more or less. EXCEPT THEREFROM,
that portion taken by the State of Indiana in instrument entitled
“Right-of-Way Agreement” dated June 24, 1930 and recorded
June 10, 1974 in Grant Book 1, page 96, in the
Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.
