NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO TAXPAYERS OF HAMBLEN TOWNSHIP FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

The taxpayers of Hamblen Township Fire Protection District,

Brown County are notified that on the 22nd day of June, 2011, at 7:00 pm,

the fire district fiscal officer and the fire district board

will meet at the Hamblen Township FPD fire station,

4650 Sweetwater Trail, Nineveh and discuss incurring indebtedness in an amount

not to exceed: $264,000 for the purchase of a Fire Truck Pumper/Tanker

pursuant to IC 36-8-13-6 to replace the 1984 Engine #42.

Taxpayers shall have the right to be heard. A determination

whether or not to borrow and the maximum amount of loan may

be made at this hearing. If a determination is made, a Notice will

be published pursuant to statue. Affected taxpayers shall have the

right to file an objecting petition with the County Auditor within 30 days

of the publication of the Notice of Determination.
