By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1001-MF-0006 wherein CItiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Stephanie Crockett and Brown County Schools were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of July, 2011, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, at 55 State Rd 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, described as follows: Beginning South 90 degrees 00 minutes West 1237.5 feet and South 02 degrees 21 minutes West 798.87 feet from the Northeast corner of the East Half of said Northwest Quarter; thence North 78 degrees 56 minutes 41 seconds East 520.53 feet; thence South 21 degrees 45 minutes 23 seconds East 355.07 feet; thence Southwesterly with the center line of the County Road 790.2 feet; thence North 02 degrees 21 minutes East 531.9 feet to the beginning, containing 6.17 acres, more or less. More commonly known as 4374 Peoga Rd, Trafalgar, IN 46181-9645 Parcel No. 07-02-02-100-119.000-006 Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
