By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1001-MF-32, wherein PNC Bank, National Association was plaintiff and John D. Perry, et. al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of July, 2011, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46, Box 95, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Brown County, Indiana: A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 8 North, Range 4 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 8 North, Range 4 East; thence West on North line 250.00 feet to a point; thence South 867.5 feet to a point in the center of the Pikes Peak and Bellsville Public Highway; thence Easterly in the center of the Public Highway 250.00 feet to a point where East line crosses said highway; thence North on East line 837.5 feet to the point of beginning, containing 4 and ¾ acres, more or less. More commonly known as: 6170 Bellsville Pike, Columbus, IN 47201 Parcel No. 002-45300-00 Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
