NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0912-MF-0653 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Gary Mayes and PNC Bank, N.A. f/k/a National City Bank were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of July, 2011, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Rd 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. Lot 3A in Ogle Acres Tract 3 Minor Subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded February 14, 2001 as Instrument Number 200100000653, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, containing 2.11 acres, more or less; and Lot 3B in Ogle Acres Tract 3 Minor Subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded February 14, 2001 as Instrument Number 200100000653, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, containing 3.175 acres, more or less. More commonly known as 7392 Ogle Rd, Freetown, IN 47235-9687 Parcel No. 07-09-31-300-115.000-003 Lot 3A (2.11 ac); 07-09-31-300-114.000-003 Lot 3B (3.175 ac)

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
