NOTICE OF SUIT SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION

TO: The Unknown Devisees or Heirs at Law of Carl Hooker, deceased.
Now comes Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as Trustee
of the Security National Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-2,
by and through counsel, and hereby given Notice of the Complaint
filed in the office of the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court against
the above-named Defendants. Plaintiff also filed in said Clerk’s
office the Affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence
and whereabouts of Defendants Unknown Devisees or Heirs at
Law of Carl Hooker, deceased, upon diligent inquiry are unknown,
and that said cause of action is for default on a promissory note
and foreclosure upon a mortgage on the following descried real estate,
to wit: Part of the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 18, T8N, R4E, Van Buren Township,
Brown County, Indiana described as follows: Commencing at the
SW corner of the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of said Section 18;
thence N89-32-00E (bearing from deed) on an along the South line
of said NE ¼ SW ¼ 252.50 feet to the point of beginning;
thence N00-46-09W 543.26 feet to the apparent center of
Bellesville Pike County Road; thence N80-34-00E with the apparent center
of said county road 222.80 feet; thence S00-00-00W578.00 feet to the
South line of said NE ¼ SW ¼; thence S89-32-00W on and along said
South line 215.50 feet to the beginning, containing 2.78 acres, more or less.
Subject to the Bellesville Pike County Road. Also known as Lot 2 in
Dinsmore Minor Plat Recorded February 5, 1997 in Minor Plat Book 3 Page 59,
in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.

Therefore, said Defendants are hereby notified of the filing and pendency
of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and
answer within (30) days after the last notice of the action is published,
judgment by default may be entered against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
