NOTICE OF SUIT

The State of Indiana to the above-named defendants, and any other person who may be concerned.

You are notified that you have been sued in the above-named Court. The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on the following described real estate in Brown County:

A part of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section 25, Township 10 north, range 2 east,

more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of the

southeast quarter of section 25, Township 10 north, range 2 east; thence north 4 rods to the north side of

State Highway no. 45, thence north 75 ¼ degrees west along the north side of State Highway no 45, a distance

of 28 rods to a point, which is the point of beginning for the real estate herein described;

thence north 8 ½ degrees east 204 feet; thence north 75 ¼ degrees west 12 rods to a point;

thence south 8 ½ degrees west 204 feet to a point on the north side of State Highway no 45;

thence south 75 ¼ degrees east along the north side of said highway 12 rods to the point of beginning,

containing 15/16 of an acre, more or less.

This Summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose addresses are:

Jeffrey Sumpter, 372 West State Road 45, Morgantown, IN 46160. Natalie Sumpter, 372 West State Road 45,

Morgantown, IN 46160 and to the following named defendants whose whereabouts are unknown:

EQ Financial, Inc. In addition to the above-named defendants being served by this summons there may be other

defendants who have an interest in this law suit. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising

from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the

Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before July 1, 2011 (the same being within thirty (30) days

after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so a judgment will be entered against you for the what

the plaintiff has demanded.
