The nature of the suit against you is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property legally described as follows: Lot J-70, Prince’s Cordry Lake Addition, Plat Number 2, which plat is recorded in Miscellaneous Record 11, page 472, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana. Commonly known as: 7149 Grouper Drive Nineveh, IN 46164-9400. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown with their last known address as follows: John W. Prout, II a/k/a John W. Prout 7149 Grouper Drive Nineveh, IN 46164-9400. In addition to the above-named defendants being served by this summons, there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. An answer or other appropriate response in writing to the Complaint must be filed either by you or your attorney with the Clerk of the Court for Brown County at: Clerk of Brown County, Courthouse, P.O. Box 85, Nashville, IN 47448, (812) 988-5510 on or before the 6th day of June, 2011, (the same being thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so a judgment may be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
