Notice is hereby given that Jan David Clark was on the 25th day of March, 2011, appointed personal representative of the estate of Grace Mildred Clark, who died 3rd day of February, 2011.  The estate will be administered without court supervision.  All persons having claims against said estate, whether or not now due, must file them in said court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or the claims will be forever barred.
