Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Brown County, Indiana the proper legal officers of the County Council at their regular meeting place, the County Annex Building will at 6:30 P.M. on the 18th day of April, 2011 consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year.

CEDIT:

$25,000.00 Helmsburg Storm Water Project

$34,414.00 Helmsburg Storm Water Project

HEALTH:

Cities Readiness IV    $12,125.00

Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard.  The additional appropriation as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of the funds to support the appropriations made within (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy to the action taken.
