NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1003-MF-161, wherein Forum Credit Union was plaintiff and Steven E. Houpt, et. al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 12th day of May, 2011, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46, Box 95, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Brown County, Indiana: Lot Numbered WS-331 in Sweetwater Lake Addition, Plat Number 38, as recorded in Plat Cabinet 1, Sleeve 114A, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana. Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot No. WS-332; thence south 67 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds east (assumed bearing) on and along the southwesterly line of said lot a distance of 50.00 feet to the most southerly corner thereof; thence north 73 degrees 49 minutes 17 seconds east on and along the southerly line of Lot No. WS-332 a distance of 180.91 feet to the most easterly corner thereof; thence north 39 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds west on and along the easterly line of said lot a distance of 34.10 feet; thence south 83 degrees 07 minutes 38 seconds west 189.95 feet to a point on the west line of said Lot; thence south 15 degrees 23 minutes west on and along last said westerly line 36.00 feet to the place of the beginning containing 0.21 acre, more or less.
