NOTICE OF SUIT

The State of Indiana to the above-named defendants, and any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the above-named Court. The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on the following described real estate in Brown County: A part of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 17, Township 10 North, Range 4 East of the second principal meridian in Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of a tract designated as CF-36B, said point also being 1047.62 feet to the West of and 588.26 feet North of the Southeast corner of said quarter quarter section; thence North 70 degrees 08 minutes East a distance of 124.32 feet; thence North 22 degrees 19 minutes west a distance of 197.38 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 50 degrees 59 minutes East a distance of 247.45 feet to the West line of a road designated as 5-A Drive; thence North 13 degrees 32 minutes West on and along the West line of said 5-A Drive a distance of 126.84 feet; thence North 82 degrees 56 minutes West a distance of 26.08 feet to a point on the East line of 5th Drive; thence South 68 degrees 44 minutes West on and along the East line of 5th Drive; a distance of 144.01 feet; thence South 00 degrees 37 minutes 14 seconds West a distance of 230.09 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.767 acres, more or less. Also known as Lot 1 Harder Minor Sub. This Summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose addresses are: and to the following named defendants whose whereabouts are unknown: Christopher Williams a/k/a Christopher S. Williams. In addition to the above-named defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this law suit. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before April 29, 2011 (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so a judgment will be entered against you for the what the plaintiff has demanded.
