To The Owners Of The Within Described Real Estate
And All Interested Parties:
By virtue of a certifi ed copy of a Decree to me directed
from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown
County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0903-MF-
0157 wherein MidFirst Bank was Plaintiff, and
Kimberly Abbott a/k/a Kimberly Weddle, et al,
were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum
as provided for in said Decree with interest and
costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest
bidder, on the 6 day of January, 2010 at the hour(s)
of 10:00 a.m. of said day, at 55 S.R. 46 East, Nashville,
IN 47448 Brown County, Indiana, the fee
simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown
County, Indiana: A part of the Northeast Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township
10 North, Range 3 East of the Second Principal
Meridian in Brown County, Indiana, described
as follows: Commencing at an iron pipe found
at the Southeast corner of said Quarter Quarter
Section; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes
West (assumed bearing) 122.10 feet to a point in
a Public road marked by a railroad spike found;
thence North 48 degrees 27 minutes West on and
along said Public Road a distance of 462.00 feet
to a railroad spike found; thence North 47 degrees
18 minutes 15 seconds West on and along said
Public Road a distance of 482.00 feet to a railroad
spike found; thence North 39 degrees 28 minutes
15 seconds West on and along said Public Road a
distance of 482.00 feet to a railroad spike found;
thence North 29 degrees 44 minutes 15 seconds
West with said Public Road a distance of 112.25
feet to a railroad spike found being the Place of
Beginning of this described tract; thence continuing
North 30 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds West
with said Public Road a distance of 324.59 feet to
a railroad spike set; thence South 89 degrees 28
minutes East on and along the North line of said
Quarter Quarter Section a distance of 540.38 feet
to an iron pipe found; thence South 01 degree 55
minutes West 273.69 feet to an iron pin found;
thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes West 364.56
feet to the place of beginning, containing 2.883
acres, more or less. Commonly known as: 9989
Sweetwater Trail, Trafalgar, IN 46181. Together
with rents, issues, income, and profi ts thereof, said
sale will be made without relief from valuation or
