NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certifi ed copy of a decree to me
directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court
of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-
0811-MF-0615 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA
was Plaintiff, and Lales L. Martin and Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee
for Mortgageit, Inc. were Defendants, required me
to make the sum as provided for in said Decree
with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to
the highest bidder, on the 6th day of January, 2010,
at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as
is possible, at 55 State Rd 46 East, Nashville, IN
47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real
Estate in Brown County, Indiana. Parcel No. 1: Part
of Lots No. 20 and No. 29 in Mullaney Addition to
the Town of Nashville, Indiana, and part of a vacated
alley described as follows: Beginning north
89 degrees 51 minutes west 270.9 feet; south 00
degrees 24 minutes east 35.1 feet; and south 02 degrees
29 minutes east 54.1 feet from the southeast
corner of Lot No. 30 in Sayer Addition to the Town
of Nashville, Indiana; thence north 89 degrees 55
minutes east 216.2 feet; thence south 12 degrees 09
minutes west 100.8 feet; thence south 16 degrees
08 minutes west 32.8 feet; thence south 89 degrees
55 minutes west 193.2 feet; thence south 01 degrees

35.1 feet; south 05 degrees 27 minutes west 129.6

feet less and except: Part of Lot #29 in Mullaney’s
Addition and a part of North Street, also known
as a 16’ alley to the Town of Nashville, Brown
County, Indiana, also being a part of the south
half of the southwest quarter of section 18, township
9 north, range 3 east of the second principal
meridian, described as follows: commencing at the
southeast corner of Lot 20 in Mullaney‘s Addition;
thence north 00 degrees 13 minutes 11 seconds east
for a distance of 183.83 feet; thence north 88 degrees
29 minutes 02 seconds east for a distance of
7.66 feet to the point of beginning; thence north 01
degrees 05 minutes 09 seconds west for a distance
of 6.80 feet; thence north 89 degrees 13 minutes 20
seconds west for a distance of 51.60 feet to a mag
nail in the center of Locust Lane; thence south 42
degrees 14 minutes 13 seconds west for a distance
of 12.49 feet; thence north 88 degrees 20 minutes
02 seconds east for a distance of 60.15 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 0.01 acres, more or
less. More commonly known as 331 Locust Ln,
Nashville, IN 47448-7023. Parcel No. 001-20300-
04 (PT LOTS 10 AND 29). Together with rents,
issues, income, and profi ts thereof, said sale will
be made without relief from valuation or appraisement
laws.
