By virtue of a certifi ed copy of a decree to me
directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-
0801-MF-0045 wherein U.S. Bank National Association,
as Trustee, on Behalf of the Holders of
the Home Equity Asset Trust 2005-8, Home Equity
Pass-Through Certifi cates, Series 2005-8 was
Plaintiff, and James W. McCann, III, Marcella R.
Brock, Edwina Hickman and Daniel J. Tacheny,
were Defendants, required me to make the sum as
provided for in said Decree with interest and cost,
I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder,
on the 6 day of January, 2010, at the hour of 10:00
a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the
Brown County Sheriff’s Department 55 State Road
46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the
whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
The following real estate in Brown County in

Second Principal Meridian; and a part of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section

Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning
at the Southwest corner of said Southwest
Quarter of Section 35; thence North on the West
line thereof 301.70 feet; thence North 70 degrees
and 10 minutes East 450.80 feet to the place of beginning
of this described tract; thence continuing
North 70 degrees and 10 minutes East 133.66 feet;
thence Southeasterly on a right defl ection of 67 degrees
and 02 minutes 557.15 fee to the center of
the Clay Lick Road; thence Southwesterly with the
center of said Road 92.00 feet; thence continuing
Southwesterly with the center of said Road 92.00
feet; thence Northwesterly on a right defl ection of
90 degrees, a distance of 602.38 feet to the place
