NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certifi ed copy of a decree to me
directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-
0803-MF-0105 wherein Countrywide Home
Loans, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Jacob S. Wilkerson,
Lorrain L. Wilkerson, were Defendants, required
me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree
with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale
to the highest bidder, on the 6 day of January, 2010,
at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as
is possible, at the Brown County Sheriff’s Department

the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate

Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and a part of
the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section

East 1833.6 feet and North 74 degrees 38 minutes
East 151.6 feet from the Southeast corner of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
said Section 36, thence North 00 degrees 46 minutes
East 330.9 feet; thence North 73 degrees 45
minutes East 330.9 feet; thence South 67 degrees
20 minutes East 358.7 feet; thence Southeasterly
with the County Road 221.7 feet; thence South 81
degrees 35 minutes West 802.7 feet to the beginning,
containing 5.0 acres, more or less. More commonly
known as 4464 Salt Creek Road, Nashville,
IN 47448. Parcel No. 004-08555-03. Together with
rents, issues, income, and profi ts thereof, said sale
