NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certifi ed copy of a decree to me
directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court
of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-
0905-MF-0301 wherein National City Real Estate
Services LLC, successor by merger to National
City Mortgage, Inc., f/k/a National City Mortgage
Co. was Plaintiff, and Walter M. Akers a/k/a Walter
Akers, Arline Akers and American General Financial
Services, Inc f/k/a American General Finance
were Defendants, required me to make the sum as
provided for in said Decree with interest and cost,
I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder,
on the 6 day of January, 2010, at the hour of 10:00
a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State
Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple
of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County,
Indiana. Part of the East Half of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 2, Township 10 North, Range
3 East, described as follows: Beginning North 00
degrees 19 minutes East 1427.5 feet and North
65 degrees 30 minutes East 457.2 feet from the
Southwest corner of said East Half; thence North
59 degrees 47 minutes East with the center of the
County Road 115.7 feet; thence South 1675 feet to
the South line of said East Half; thence West with
said South line 100 feet; thence North 1617 feet to
the beginning. Containing 3.8 acres, more or less.
More commonly known as 4363 Peoga Rd, Trafalgar,
IN 46181-9645. Parcel No. 07-02-02-100-128-
000.006. Together with rents, issues, income, and
profi ts thereof, said sale will be made without relief
from valuation or appraisement laws.
