NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1009-MF-0548 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Richard L. Russell and CitiBank N.A. as Trustee of 2007-SV1 were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 9th day of March, 2011, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Rd 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at a railroad spike set in the Bell County Road in the South line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 16, North 89 degrees 32 minutes East 330.7 feet from a rebar found marking the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence North 06 degrees 39 minutes West 186.5 feet to a rebar set; thence North 00 degrees 57 minutes 57 minutes East 80.0 feet to a rebar set; thence North 10 degrees 55 minutes East 402.3 feet to a rebar set; thence North 89 degrees 32 minutes east 285.0 feet to a rear set; thence South 00 degrees 57 minutes West 660.0 feet to a rebar set in the South line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, said rebar being in the right of way of Bell County Road; thence South 89 degrees 32 minutes West with said South line 330.0 feet to the beginning, containing 5.0 acres, more or less. More commonly known as 2086 Bell Rd, Morgantown, IN 46160-8511. Parcel No. 07-02-16-100-126.000-006. Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
