NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed to me from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0901-MF-0024 wherein Federal National Mortgage Association was Plaintiff, and Ronald M. Keener, Phyllis I. Keener and Occupant(s) of 519 Deer Lane, Nashville, IN 47448, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 9th day of March, 2011, at 10:00 A.M. of said day, at the 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana: Lot Number Forty-Nine (No. 49) in Park View Subdivision, Section II, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Cabinet 1, Sleeve 199A, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana. 0013322002 and commonly known as: 519 Deer Lane, Nashville, IN 47448. Subject to all easements and restrictions of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause # 07C01-0901-MF-0024 in the Circuit Court of the County of Brown Indiana, and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due, delinquent or which are to become a lien. Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee, or the Mortgagee's Attorney.
