NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

 

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1003-MF-165 wherein Federal National Mortgage Association was Plaintiff, and William E. Hicks, Marjorie Hicks, HSBC Bank Nevada f/k/a Household Bank (SB) NA and First Financial Bank, National Association, as successor in interest to Irwin Union Bank and Trust Company were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 9th day of 03, 2011, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Rd 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. Part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter and part of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 1, township 9 north, range 3 east, Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning north 784.0 feet, north 75 degrees 00 minutes east 294.0 feet; north 68 degrees 30 minutes east 210.0 feet and north 60 degrees 00 minutes east 114.0 feet from the southwest corner of said southeast quarter of the northeast quarter, said point of beginning being in the center of Salt Creek County Road; thence north 14 degrees 30 minutes west 1781.0 feet, more or less, to the north line of said northeast quarter of the northeast quarter; thence south 90 degrees 00 minutes east with said north line 367.0 feet, more or less, to a point 227.0 feet west of the center of Salt Creek County Road; thence south 16 degrees 20 minutes east 1221.1 feet; thence south 90 degrees 00 minutes east 227.0 feet to the center of Salt Creek County Road; thence with the center of said county road; south 26 degrees 30 minutes west 104.0 feet, south 31 degrees 30 minutes west 176.0 feet, south 43 degrees 30 minutes west 335.5 feet and south 47 degrees 30 minutes west 102.0 feet to the beginning, containing 14.5 acres, more or less.  More commonly known as 3790 Salt Creek Rd, Nashville, IN 47448-8514. Parcel No. 07-07-01-200-104.000-006. Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
