NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

 

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1009-MF-0526, wherein Fifth Third Bank was the Plaintiff, and Erik A. Engdahl, and the Treasurer of Brown County, Indiana were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on March 9, 2011, at the hour of 10:00 am. of said day, at 55 State Road. 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana: The following described real estate in Brown County, in the State of Indiana, to-wit: All that part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, Lying West of the center line of the Bear Creek Public Highway as presently located and established, and more particularly described by survey made by Robert Allen, Registered Land Surveyor #S0078, as follows: A Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence North 696.6 feet; thence East 1158.8 Feet; thence Southwesterly with the center of a public road 763.9 feet; thence West 908.6 feet to the beginning, containing 17.2 acres, more or less. Subject to all easements, covenants, conditions, reservations, leases and restrictions of record, all legal highways, all right of way, all zoning, building and other laws, ordinances and regulations, all rights of tenants in possession, and all real estates taxes and assessments not yet due and payable. Being the same property conveyed by deed recorded in Volume 140, Page 188, of the Brown County, Indiana Records. Commonly known as 5998 Bear Creek Road, Morgantown, Indiana 46160. Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
