The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a foreclosure of the real estate mortgage, legally described as: Lot #7 and Lot #8 in the Woodland Lake Estates Subdivision, the same being a subdivision of a part of the East Half of the Northeast quarter of Section 29, part of the West half of the Northwest quarter of Section 28 and part of the West half of the Southwest quarter of Section 21, all in Township 10 North, Range 3 East, as recorded in Miscellaneous Record Number 13 Pages 503-504 in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.
