The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a foreclosure of the real estate mortgage, legally described as: Lot #7 and Lot #8 in the Woodland Lake Estates Subdivision, the same being a subdivision of a part of the East Half of the Northeast quarter of Section 29, part of the West half of the Northwest quarter of Section 28 and part of the West half of the Southwest quarter of Section 21, all in Township 10 North, Range 3 East, as recorded in Miscellaneous Record Number 13 Pages 503-504 in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana. This property is commonly known as 5904 West Shore Drive, Morgantown, IN 46160. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following Defendant(s) whose address is known: State of Indiana Department of Revenue, C/O Highest Executive Officer Present, 100 N. Senate, N105, Indianapolis, IN 46204; GE Money Bank, Serve Highest Officer Found, 170 Election Road, Suite 125, Draper, UT 84020;  State of Indiana, C/O Attorney General, 302 W Washington Street, South 5th Floor, Indianapolis, IN 46204; Brown County Treasurer, C/O Highest Executive Officer Found, 201 Locust Lane, Nashville, IN 47448; William Hanna Trucking Inc., C/O William K. Hanna, Jr., 4672 W. Vernal Pike, Bloomington, IN 47404; Bright & Williamson Insurance Agency, C/O Thomas E. Densford, 608 W. Third Street, Bloomington, IN 47404;  Unknown Occupant, 5904 West Shore Drive, Morgantown, IN 46160; And to the following defendant whose whereabouts are unknown: Matthew W. Satter. In addition to the above named Defendant(s) being served by this summons there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the 25th day of February, 2011, (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
