NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS

NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS

Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Brown County, Nashville, Indiana the proper legal officers of said Municipal Corporation at their regular meeting in the upstairs meeting room at 6:30 P.M. JANUARY 18, 2011 will consider the following additional appropriations in excess for the budget for the current year.

Additional Appropriations:

County General Fund:

Assessor: Part-Time Clerical $100.00, PTABOA Meetings Per Diem $2,400.00,

Postage- PTABOA $1,000.00, Postage $500.00, Supplies $1,500.00, Assessor Training $1,000.00, New Reports Software $100.00, Computer Software Agreement $1,300.00, New Construction Contract $22,600.00, Computer Maintenance $500.00, Trending Contract $39,000.00, Repair Equipment $500.00

Auditor: Tax Sale Costs $51,935.00

Surveyor: Plat Mapper/GIS Admin/IT Project Mgr $32,664.00

Prosecutor: Administrative Assistant $10,000.00

Sheriff: Additional Call Out Pay- Merit $13,942.00

Jail: Additional Overtime $14,374.00

Commissioners: Area 11 Agency on Aging Gas $4,000.00, 211 Call for Help Service $2,000.00, Full-time County Resource Manager $11,000.00

CAGIT- Public Safety: Sheriff Equipment $25,000.00, E-911 Lease $75,000.00

CEDIT: Desktop Technician $31,211.00

Highway: Salary increase for Superintendent $5,000.00
