The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned: You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint For Foreclosure of Mortgage, IN REM, on certain real estate located in Brown County, Indiana, described more particularly as follows: a Part of the South half of the Southeast quarter of Section 14, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section, Township and Range; thence North 87 degrees 57 minutes East 269.6 feet to a point; thence South 12 degrees 33 minutes West 258.9 feet to a point; thence North 72 degrees 17 minutes West 94.7 feet to a point; thence North 77 degrees 01 minutes West 104.1 feet to a point; thence North 66 degrees 51 minutes West 90.4 feet to a point; thence North 58 degrees 59 minutes West 99.5 feet to a point; thence South 88 degrees 29 minutes West 109.4 feet to a point; thence South 71 degrees 01 minutes West 67 feet to a point; thence South 68 degrees 50 minutes West 99 feet to a point; thence Northwesterly with the Public Road 175.4 feet to a point; thence North 87 degrees 57 minutes East 509.1 feet to the place of beginning, containing 2.54 acres, more or less. More commonly known as: 7247 Upper Salt Creek Road, Nineveh, IN 46164.State Map ID No. 07-02-14-400-153.000-006. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose whereabouts are unknown: Connie Bray a/k/a Connie S. Bray a/k/a Connie Sue Bray (deceased) and Rental Systems. There may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the 8th day of February, 2011 against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
