Cordry Sweetwater Conservancy District

Schedule of Meetings for 2011

There will be no Commission meetings in January. There will only be the Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors, on January 8, 2011 at 1:00 PM at the CSLOA Clubhouse.

CSCD Board of Directors - 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the CSLOA Clubhouse, except the Annual Meeting - Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 1:00 PM at the CSLOA Clubhouse. The Annual Meeting replaces the usual 3rd Tuesday meeting for January. Note: The Election and Annual Meeting are now on the 2nd Saturday of January and no longer on the 1st Saturday of January.

Building Commission - 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the CSLOA Clubhouse.

Ecology Commission - 1st Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM at the CSLOA Clubhouse.

Roads Commission - 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM at the CSLOA Office.

Security Commission - 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM at the CSLOA Clubhouse.

Water Commission - 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM at the CSCD Office.

The CSCD office hours are: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, except on holiday weekdays; Saturdays beginning in April and ending in September, 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, with the exception of holiday weekends.
