The Elections of Directors and the Annual Meeting for the Cordry Sweetwater Conservancy District Board of Directors will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2011, at the CSLOA Clubhouse at 8751 Nineveh Drive, Nineveh, IN 46164. Note: The Election and Annual Meeting are now on the 2nd Saturday of January and no longer on the 1st Saturday of January. The Elections will be conducted from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, followed by the Annual Meeting at 1:00 PM. At the Annual Meeting, the election results will be given, the new Directors will take the "Oath of Office", election of officers will be held, and other business will be conducted as stated in the agenda for the meeting.

Nominee, Area, Term: Quinn Hetherington, Area 3, 4 years; Matthew Petersen, Area 3, 4 years; Joseph Davis, Area 7, 4 years; Francis (Fritz) Gantner, Area 7, 4 years; Thomas Lowe, Area 7, 4 years. Resumes of the candidates may be requested at CSCD office. Absentee ballots and instructions can be obtained at or requested from the CSCD office. Freeholders of CSCD may also vote at the CSCD office or submit absentee ballots at the CSCD office no later than 4:00 PM on Thursday, December 30, 2010.
