NOTICE OF SUIT
The State of Indiana to any other person who may
be concerned: You are hereby notifi ed that a petition
for name change of a minor child, currently
named Benjamin Wayne Herrera has been fi led
in the Brown County Circuit Court. The request
to the court by the Petitioner, Alma J. Wilkerson
is to change the minor child’s name to Benjamin
Wayne Wilkerson. This Summons by Publication
is specifi cally directed to the father of Benjamin
Wayne Herrera and David V. Herrera. In addition
to the above named parent being served by this
summons, there may be other persons who have an
interest in this lawsuit. If you have an objection to
this name change, you are entitled to appear before
the court and to fi le written objections with the
court. This petition was fi led on November 17th,
2009. You must fi le an appearance in writing, by
you or your attorney, on or before the 29th day of
January, 2010, this date being thirty (30) days after
the Third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so, a
judgment will be entered against you for what the
Petitioner has demanded. A hearing has been set
in this matter for January 4th, 2010, at 3:30 pm in
the following court: Brown Circuit Court. If the
parent fails to attend this hearing, a judgment may
be entered against you for what the Petitioner has
demanded.
