NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certifi ed copy of a decree to me
directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court
of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-
0908-MF-0468 wherein Deutsche Bank National
Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, on behalf
of the holders of the Accredited Mortgage Loan
Trust 2006-2 Asset Backed Notes was Plaintiff,
and Chad Debord a/k/a Chad E. Debord were
Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided
for in said Decree with interest and cost, I
will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on
the 6th day of January, 2010, at the hour of 10:00
a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State
Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple
of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County,
Indiana. Part of the Southeast _ of the Southeast _
of Section 31, Township 8 North, Range 4 East,
Van Buren Township, Brown County, Indiana, described
as follows: Commencing at the Southwest
corner of the Southeast _ of the Southeast _ of said
Section 31; thence North 89 degrees 31 minutes 00
seconds East (bearing from deed) with the South
line of said South east _ Southeast _ 50.00 feet to
the Point of Beginning; thence North 00 degrees
21 minutes 00 seconds East 232.10 feet; thence
South 73 degrees 30 minutes 49 seconds East
707.15 feet to the center of Becks Grove County
Road; thence South 54 degrees 45 minutes 00
seconds West with the center of said county road
45.15 feet to the South line of said Southeast _
Southeast _; thence South 89 degrees 31 minutes
00 seconds West with said South line 643.00 feet to
the beginning, containing 2.00 acres, more or less.
Subject to Becks Grove County Road. Now Also
Known As: Lot Number Two (2) in Medaris Minor
Subdivision Replat as per plat recorded April 24,
2003 as Instrument Number 200300002396 in Plat
Book 70, page 438 in the Offi ce of the Recorder
of Brown County, Indiana. Formerly Known As:
Tract Number one (1) in Medaris Minor Plat as per
plat recorded December 27, 1996 as Instrument
Number 96-5369, Minor Plat 3, page 56 in the
Offi ce of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.

Freetown, IN 47235-9663. Parcel No. 002-14800-
02. Together with rents, issues, income, and profi ts
