By virtue of a certifi ed copy of a decree to me
directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court
of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-
0907-MF-0378 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was
Plaintiff, and Larry R. Frasier, Joyce L. Frasier and
The Unknown Tenant were Defendants, required
me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree
with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale
to the highest bidder, on the 6 day of January, 2010,
at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as
is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville,
IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of
Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. Lot number
OWS-667, Sweetwater Lake Addition, Plat
Number 61, which plat is recorded in Plat Book
1, Page 48, in the Offi ce of the Recorder of Brown
County, Indiana. More commonly known as 6390
Oriole Dr, Nineveh, IN 46164-9299. Parcel No.
07-01-18-300-690.000-001. Together with rents,
issues, income, and profi ts thereof, said sale will
be made without relief from valuation or appraisement
laws.
