NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certifi ed copy of a decree to me
directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court
of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-
0811-MF-0646 wherein Litton Loan Servicing, LP
was Plaintiff, and Erika M. Phelps was Defendant,
required me to make the sum as provided for in
said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at
public sale to the highest bidder, on the 6th day of
January, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon
thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East,
Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole
body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. A
part of Lot Number Eleven (11) in Orchard Hill
Subdivision, same being a subdivision of a part of
the northeast quarter, and a part of the northwest
quarter of section 13, township 9, range 2 east,
as recorded in Miscellaneous Record No. 10 on
page 307, in the offi ce of the Recorder of Brown
County, Indiana, and more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at a point 30 feet east of the
northwest corner of said Lot Number Eleven (11),
thence running in a northeasterly direction 171
feet along the north line of said lot; thence south
21 degrees west 106 feet; thence west 124.4 feet;
thence north 81.5 feet to the place of beginning.
More commonly known as 1950 Orchard Hill Rd,
Nashville, IN 47448-8448. Parcel No. 003-06290-
00. Together with rents, issues, income, and profi ts
thereof, said sale will be made without relief from
valuation or appraisement laws.
