NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me
directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court
of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-
0901-MF-0037 wherein Chase Home Finance LLC
was Plaintiff, and Phillip D. Shade, Janet L. Shade
and Firefi ghters Credit Union were Defendants,
required me to make the sum as provided for in
said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose
at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 6 day
of January, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as
soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46
East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the
whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
Tract No. 609A part of the northwest quarter
of the southeast quarter of section 7, township 10
north, range 4 east of the second principal meridian,
Brown County, Indiana, more particularly described
as follows: Commencing at the northeast
corner of Lot No. OES-561 as recorded on the

thru OES-561 as recorded in the Records of the
Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, in Plat Book
