HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC., PLAINTIFF,
vs.
THEODORE A. RIGGEN, GINA L. RIGGEN,
LINCOLN BANK AND STATE OF INDIANA,
DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, DEFENDANTS
NOTICE OF SUIT
The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named,
and any other person who may be concerned: You
are notifi ed that you have been sued in the Court
above named. The nature of the suit against you
is: Complaint For Foreclosure of Mortgage, on certain
real estate located in Brown County, Indiana,
described more particularly as follows: A part of
the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section Six (6), Township Eight (8) North, Range
Two (2) East, Brown County, Indiana, described
as follows: Beginning Four Hundred Seven (407)
feet East and One Thousand Forty-four and Two
Tenths (1,044.2) feet South of the Northwest corner
of said quarter quarter section; thence South
Two (02) degrees, Seven (07) minutes West Two
Hundred Twenty-six and Three Tenths (226.3) feet;
thence Westerly with the centerline of State Road
No. 46, One Hundred Ninety-two and Five Tenths
(192.5) feet; thence North Two (02) degrees, Six
(06) minutes East Two Hundred Twenty-six and
Three Tenths (226.3) feet; thence South Eightythree
(83) degrees, Fifty-one (51) minutes East
One Hundred Ninety-one and Six Tenths (192.6)
feet to the beginning. Containing One (1.0) acre,
more or less. (Also known as Tract No. 2 on Followell
Minor Plat, recorded August 5, 1985, in
Minor Plat Book 1, page 75). More commonly
known as: 5710 West State Road 46, Nashville, IN
47448. Parcel No. 003-05030-01. This summons
by publication is specifi cally directed to the following
named defendants whose whereabouts are
unknown: Gina L. Riggen. There may be other defendants
who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you
have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising
from the same transaction or occurrence, you must
assert it in your written answer. You must answer
the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney,
on or before the 1st day of January, 2010 (the same
being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice
of Suit), and if you fail to do so, a judgment will
be entered against you for what the plaintiff has
demanded.
