BROWN COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on November 17, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Joseph R. Wilson for a Special Exception to allow a mobile repair shop. The location of the property is 7615 Sweetwater Trail in Hamblen Township. Legal description of premises: A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at an iron pin located 219.9 feet north of the Southeast corner of said Quarter Quarter and running thence North 87 degrees 27 minutes West, 539.2 feet to an iron pin; thence North 1 degrees 04 minutes West, 1124.0 feet to an iron pin; thence North 89 degrees 45 minutes East, 542.7 feet to an iron pin; thence South 1132.5 feet to the place of beginning, containing 13.69 acres, more or less. Excepting therefrom: A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of section 13, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning North 219.9 feet and North 87 degrees 27 minutes West 16 feet from the Southeast corner of said quarter quarter section; thence North 87 degreed 27 minutes West 523.2 feet; thence North 01 degree 04 minutes West 661.7 feet; thence Southeasterly with the center of the County Road to the point of beginning, containing 5 acres, more or less. The file on this matter is available for public inspection 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing, will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time.
