FREEHOLDERS OF SUB-AREA VII OF THE LAKE LEMON CONSERVANCY DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO FREEHOLDERS OF SUB-AREA VII OF THE LAKE LEMON CONSERVANCY DISTRICT.

The Lake Lemon Conservancy District (LLCD) is inviting nominations to fill one (1) position on the Board of Directors at the ensuing Annual Meeting on February 2, 2011. The four (4) year term of the following Director is expiring: Dave Hobson - Sub-Area VII. A Director must be a freeholder of the Sub-area of the District for which nominated; be an officer or a nominee of a corporate freeholder of the Sub-area of the District for which nominated; be qualified by knowledge and experience in matters pertaining to the development of the District; and be willing to serve for four (4) years with No Remuneration. Nominations for the Sub-Area VII Director's position must be submitted to the LLCD Office, in writing, before December 1, 2010 and such nomination must be signed by at least five (5) freeholders from the Sub-area (VII) of the District to be served. (Only one (1) freeholder's signature may be counted for any one (1) freehold.) Nominations postmarked before December 1, 2010 may be mailed to LLCD at 7599 N. Tunnel Rd., Unionville, Indiana 47468.
