By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1005-MF-0275 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Sandra C. Whitaker, solely in the capacity as Personal Representative of the Estate of Gary M.
