By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1004-MF-0219, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Salomon Brothers Mortgage Securities VII, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 1998-AQ1 was the Plaintiff, and Harlan A. Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
