By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1005-MF-0303, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-3, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-3 was the Plaintiff, and Catherine M.
