By virtue of a certified copy of a decree dated July 15, 2010 directed to me from the Clerk of the circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1004-MF-0189, wherein Fifth Third Bank was Plaintiff and Steven A. Miller and Barbara A.
