By virtue of a certified copy of a decree dated July 15, 2010 directed to me from the Clerk of the circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1004-MF-0189, wherein Fifth Third Bank was Plaintiff and Steven A. Miller and Barbara A. Miller were Defendants in rem only, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8 day of Dec., 2010, at 10:00 A.M. at the Brown County Sheriff's Office, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Brown County, Indiana commonly known as 2507 Greasy Creek Road, Nashville, IN 47448, described on Exhibit 1 attached hereto.
