By virtue of an Order of Sale, directed to me from the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 19, 2010, I will expose to public sale to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the office of the Sheriff of Brown County, in Brown County, Indiana, located at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana 47448 on Dec. 8, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Local Time, the fee simple title together with the rents, profits, issues and income or so much thereof as may be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, interest, costs and accruing costs of the following described real estate located in Brown County, Indiana, to-wit: TRACT 1: Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 9 North, Range 4 East, Washington Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at a stone found marking the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33; thence South 88 degrees 20 minutes 52 seconds West (assumed bearing) on and along the south line of said Northeast Quarter, Southwest Quarter 571.00 feet to a mag nail set over an iron pin found in the apparent center of Harrison Ridge County Road; the following two (2) courses are with the apparent center of said county road; North 50 degrees 10 minutes 36 seconds West 383.58 feet to an iron pin found and North 41 degrees 17 minutes 17 seconds West 268.31 feet to a mag nail set over an iron pin found marking the Southwest corner of a tract described to Thomas Smith in Instrument Number 1998-5483, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana; thence North 88 degrees 20 minutes 52 seconds East 626.50 feet to a capped rebar set marking the Southeast corner of said Smith tract; thence North 00 degrees 34 minutes 34 seconds West with the East line of said Smith Tract 138.45 feet to a capped rebar set; thence North 88 degrees 20 minutes 52 seconds East through the lands of Smith and Shierling described in Deed Record Number 139, Pages 105-106, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, 411.70 feet to a capped rebar set on the East line of said Northeast Quarter, Southwest Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 34 minutes 34 seconds East on and along said East line 599.20 feet to the beginning, containing 10.00 acres, more or less.
