By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1004-MF-0202, wherein PNC Mortgage, a division of PNC Bank, N.A., successor by merger to National City Bank was Plaintiff, and Thomas Earnshaw, Wendy L. Earnshaw, Unknown Occupant(s) of 7016 Sunset Drive, Nineveh, IN 46164 and PNC Bank, N.A., successor by merger to National City Bank were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8th day of Dec., 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon as thereafter possible, at 55 State Rd. 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana: A part of the northwest quarter of Section 20, Township 10 North, Range 4 East of the Second Principal Meridian in Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot No. SW-79 in Sweetwater Lake Addition, Plat Sheet No. 23, said point being on the South line of 2-11 Drive; thence North 34 degrees 51' East (assumed bearing) on and along last said South line 126.13 feet; thence North 41 degrees 42' East with the last South line 174.85 feet; thence North 71 degrees 58' East with said South line 143.69 feet to the place of beginning of this described tract; thence North 70 degrees 18' East with last said South line 117.30 feet to a point on the West line of Route 2; thence South 44 degrees 06' East with last said West line 98.77 feet; thence South 05 degrees 57' East with said last West line 111.76 feet; thence South 61 degrees 25' 30" West 75.65 feet; thence North 34 degrees 49' 17" West 217.72 feet to the place of beginning, containing 05.3 acre, more or less. Prior Deed Reference: as Instrument No. 200100005373. Commonly known address: 7016 Sunset Drive, Nineveh, IN 46164. Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. This Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of the above-described real estate upon the owners, pursuant to requirements of IC 32-29-7-3.
