NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

 

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0808-MF-0460 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA was Plaintiff, and Jerry C. Baker, Jackie L. Baker, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Homeland Mortgage Company and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. f/k/a NBD Bank, NA were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8th day of Dec., 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Rd 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. Part of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 2, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, Jackson Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 2; thence North 89 degrees 58 minutes West (assumed bearing) with the South line of said Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter 611.90 feet; thence North 08 degrees 56 minutes West 287.30 feet; thence North 83 degrees 50 minutes West 406.20 feet to the center of Three Story Hill County Road; thence North 04 degrees 54 minutes East with the center of said county road 10.0 feet; thence South 89 degrees 00 minutes East 1055.95 feet to the East line of said Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter; thence South 00 degrees 40 minutes East with said East line 319.5 feet to the beginning, containing 5.00 acres, more or less. Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
