Notice is hereby given that Lance and Tyra Miller has filed with the Area Board of Zoning Appeals of the County of Brown, Indiana, an application for a Special Exception, to wit: Legal description of premises: Lot Number 10 in Hoosier Highlands Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Cabinet 1, Sleeve 265A, in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, Along with a Non-Exclusive Easement for ingress and egress over Highland Drive as set forth on said Plat. Subject to the restrictions and covenants set forth in Warranty Deed dated April 26, 1940 and recorded April 30, 1941 in Deed Record No. 51, page 560, in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana. Property is located at 914 Highland Drive in Washington Township. Applicant is requesting a Special Exception for a Bed and Breakfast. A public hearing will be held by the Board on October 27, 2010 during a meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the application. This notice is being published to notify persons affected by this application by order of the Area Board of Zoning Appeals. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing, will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time. The meeting will be held in the second floor meeting room of the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.
