BROWN COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Area Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on October 26, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Larry and Irene Sanders to allow a 2 lot Minor Subdivision known as Sanders Minor Subdivision. The location of the property is 6613 Bean Blossom Road in Hamblen Township. Legal description of premises: A part of the South half of the Northeast quarter of Section 21, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, described as follows: Beginning 443.33 feet North of the Southwest corner of said South half; thence North 221.66 feet; thence North 89 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds East 1789.87 feet; thence South 221.66 feet; thence South 89 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds West 1789.87 feet to the beginning, containing 9.11 acres, more or less. The file on this matter is available for public inspection at least 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the Secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time.
